Is It Possible to Purchase Short Term Diving-Accident Coverage?
Yes. DiveAssure offers both annual or short-term diving-accident coverage, you may choose the duration according to your needs.
Will You Send Me a Member Card?
As part of our effort to be environmentally friendly, we offer digital cards instead of plastic cards. Download the DiveAssure App to show/present your e-card. You can also log in to your member portal and print your insurance certificate.
Is There a Depth Limit?
DiveAssure policies have no depth limit or mixed gas restrictions – as long as you follow the protocols and guidelines, and dive according to your certification (see list of Approved Training Agencies), your coverage will be valid.
Do You Offer a Family Discount?
Yes. DiveAssure is offering a 10% discount to families! Register all divers in your family under the same program and enjoy this special offer.
Can I Modify / Upgrade my Coverage?
To review or modify your coverage, login to your member portal where you can see the various options available. You can also upgrade your membership, add family members or renew an existing/expired membership.

If I Have a Diving-Accident While Travelling, Will DiveAssure Fly Me Home?
If you require hospitalization and you are medically fit to travel home, DiveAssure is able to transport you there by the medically appropriate form of transport. DiveAssure will determine the mode of transport, taking into account member safety, treatment and comfort concerns.
If I’m Interested in Becoming a Member but Not Actively Diving, Can I Join?
DiveAssure membership offers you a ticket to many great benefits whether you are currently an active diver or not. Based on your residence, you may be able to join as a member without opting for an active insurance coverage. Feel free to contact us for more information.
