Environmental Initiative Grant

This form is designed to gather necessary information from diving professionals and operators who wish to suggest/recommend/apply for funding for environmental initiatives. DiveAssure #EcoBuddies is committed to funding a variety of ocean-related environmental projects, we encourage innovative and impactful ideas that contribute to the conservation and restoration of marine ecosystems. Marine ecology initiatives encompass a wide range of projects aimed at understanding, preserving, and restoring marine ecosystems. These initiatives are vital for the health of our oceans and the planet. Below are examples of the types of projects we support:

Beach Cleanups

Projects aimed at removing trash and pollutants from beach areas, thereby protecting marine life and preserving the natural beauty of coastlines.

Reef Restoration

Initiatives focused on rehabilitating damaged coral reefs, which may include removing invasive species, transplanting corals, or other reef restoration techniques.

Coral Planting

Efforts to cultivate and plant new corals in areas where reefs have been depleted. This includes the growing of coral in nurseries and their subsequent transplantation to natural reef sites.

Reef Cleanup

Projects dedicated to cleaning up reefs by removing debris, such as fishing nets and plastic waste, that harm coral and marine life.

We are open to considering other innovative ideas that align with our mission of ocean conservation and restoration.
