To report a new claim:

  1. Click here to log in to your member area and download the damage report form.
  2. Email your claim report to claims@robinassist.com

  • If you need help obtaining a claim form
  • If you have any questions about filling out the damage report form
  • To find out about the status of your claim

This makes the damage reporting process easier:

  • Is treatment in a decompression chamber, hospitalization or evacuation necessary? Call our 24-hour assistance hotline. Make sure you have received all medical documentation before leaving the facility.
  • If your airline loses your equipment, report it to the airline immediately, fill out a report and keep a copy or take a photo.
  • Report thefts to the local police department within 24 hours and ensure you receive a written police report.
  • Before you file a claim, check to see if your airline, hotel or diving provider will compensate you partially, fully or not at all. If no compensation is provided, ask for written confirmation.
  • Always include your travel documents when reporting damage that occurred abroad.
