FAQ
To pay DiveAssure the net rate of a registration you will need to login to your partner account and register your customer using that system. At the end of the process you will be charged the net rate, so be sure to pay us using your business credit card and not the customer’s card. You will charge the customer the full rate through your business register, which will allow you to earn the commission immediately.
Your online partner account includes a section with reports that will allow you to view your customer’s registrations and your referral fees earnings.
Through your online account, go to the Registrations list, locate the member you wish to print a certificate for and then click on the printer icon located on the left side of the specific registration.
Each travel insurance program includes different levels of coverage and benefits. In general, the more expensive and the farther the trip is, a higher level program is recommended. Furthermore, make sure to choose a program with the relevant coverage for trip cancellation coverage. Our different travel insurance programs include a number in the name of the program. This number reflects the level of trip cancellation coverage that is available under that specific program. For example, if the name of the program is “Single-Trip Deluxe 3000”, it means that this specific program will include up to $3000 of trip cancellation/interruption coverage. All the other benefits under the Deluxe program remain the same. A DiveAssure representative will be happy to assist with choosing the right program.
When registering a member through your online partner portal you will earn your referral fees immediately. For new registrations, renewals and upgrades that are done through our website, you will receive your referral fees on a quarterly basis, either by check or via a bank transfer. Fees are paid once your accumulated amount exceeds $100. If you didn’t reach that amount your balance will roll over to the next quarter, so you never lose your earnings.
A disclaimer is available for printing in your partner portal.
All of our programs offer primary coverage with direct payment at very competitive rates. Our programs are available in two levels and include coverage for mixed gas and technical diving as well as free diving and ice diving. No depth restrictions are imposed, as long as you are not diving deeper than your certification level and the guidelines of your recognized certifying agency. Furthermore, we offer short-term or annual coverage so that any diver can find the right program for his/her needs.
As opposed to other travel insurance programs, our dive-travel insurance programs include full diving accident medical coverage. This means that divers who don’t carry a separate diving accident program can still get the full coverage they need with our dive-travel programs. We also offer the option to purchase insurance on a per-trip basis, or, if you travel more than twice in a year, our annual multi-trip program is a great option to cover any number of trips outside your country of residence.
In some cases our LAR will cover a liveaboard trip if it was cancelled due to some reasons, such as financial default of the liveaboard company, bad weather etc. For complete details, term and conditions please refer to the DOC.

In certain areas we offer the option for you to sign an agreement stating that you, our partner, will require that any diver who dives with you is covered with a diving insurance program. This means that any diver who does not carry such an insurance program will be registered by you for one of the DiveAssure programs.
